Questions about official Thomas County criminal records usually belong with the agency that created or keeps the record. This private site cannot retrieve, certify, change, or restrict a government file. The contacts below route court files to the clerk, jail and sheriff records to the Smith Avenue offices, city police records to the proper city custodian, and statewide history questions to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation.

This Is Not a Government Office. We run a private reference site. We cannot pull criminal records, run official background checks, remove or correct a record, or accept expungement filings for anyone. For any of those, you need to reach the right government office directly.

The felony court-file counter is the Thomas County Clerk of Superior Court, 325 North Madison Street, Thomasville, GA 31792. Confirm public-counter hours before a visit because the research did not locate a complete current visitor schedule. Ordinary mail should use the clerk's published post-office-box route rather than the street address.
